Eduardo (Eddie) Sama is a Florida Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and serves as Vice President of Operations and Compliance with Universal Home Lending Corp, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Eddie is a proud graduate of Nova Southeastern University, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Business Management as well as a Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA).
Upon graduation from North Miami Senior High School, Eddie served four years in the United States Marine Corp and has resided in the South Florida area for over 40 years. Eddie began his career in this industry working as a mortgage loan officer, also worked as a mortgage underwriter, and is also a licensed title insurance agent, acquiring over 27 years of total industry experience. Using a consultative, and educational approach, one of Eddie’s primary career objectives has been to help as many first-time homebuyers as possible to achieve the American dream of home ownership.
